1. Introduction

Welcome to Globopa. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App") available on the Google Play Store and App Store. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. User Account

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

3. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information that pertains to your privacy. By using the App, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

However, no security system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

4. Use of Application

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial use. You agree not to use the App for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. When you use the App, you may also use services of third parties. Your use of such third party services will be at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties. Globopa does not make any representation or warranty in whatever aspect on those third party services.

5. User Content

You may be able to create, post, or share content through the App ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the App.

6. Location Services

The App requires access to your current location (GPS) to ensure that its functionality works well. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of your location information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you do not allow the App to access your location, certain features may be limited or unavailable.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose.

• Post or share any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or infringes on others' rights.

• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the App's functionality.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Globopa and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Cambodia and foreign countries.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Globopa be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide a notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you shall discontinue using the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Cambodia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
